It was early in a spring morning when Memphis Police found Tony Wallace, a well-known tattoo artist, inside his blue Chevy Camaro on Titus Road near Mallory. Wallace, the father of a six-year-old girl, had been shot, apparently from inside his vehicle.
His keys, wallet and shoes were missing. The shooter may have later gone to an apartment he rented and removed items.
